ARCTRUST Private Capital, the capital markets division of the ARCTRUST Group of Companies, and Edison Equity Residential celebrated the groundbreaking of Serenova at Dripping Springs, a 175-residence, 55+ age-restricted community in Dripping Springs, Texas, located in the Austin metro area. The groundbreaking follows the August closing of the project’s construction loan, provided by North River Partners.

This is ARCTRUST’s second collaboration with Edison Equity Residential, a fully-integrated residential development and operating platform focused on age-restricted living communities. This project follows the Serenova at Woodforest, which broke ground in October 2025, and is currently ahead of its proforma construction schedule, with units actively pre-leasing.

Located adjacent to the Headwaters master-planned community, Serenova at Dripping Springs will include 133 upscale one- and two-bedroom apartment homes and 42 private villas. The community is designed to pair serene comfort with vibrant social engagement through Edison’s Concierge Community concept, a personalized, service-rich approach to active-adult living.
